A large new build 5 bedroomed family dwelling over new basement. Built to meet high sustainable homes standards, with heat recovery, underfloor heating, concrete floors/part steel frame, a bespoke oak/glass staircase and efficient use of space throughout. Completed in 20017, we provided a full service through design/planning phases in a sensitive Conservation Area setting. Further works included the gaining of building regulation permissions and after detailed tender process, the regular inspection and oversight of the works during the site phase though to completion.
