Extension and renovation of substantial locally listed house., with new bronze finished ground floor rear extension and total renovation of garden floor, including a new stair, new Kitchen, Study and Dining areas. Further attic level alterations to extend and provide new ensuite shower room. 

Works included the design and gaining of planning consent, preparation of construction information and detailed design to assist local Interior Designer (Susan Clark Interiors) who oversaw the interior design and site phase.
