Lee Road SE3

A new broad extension to a Grade II listed property in Blackheath SE3 replacing a conservatory extension that was too hot/cold seasonally. South facing, Particular care was needed in the design to provide large glazed areas, connecting the house to the attractive rear garden whilst ensuring that the extension does not overheat. Generous roof overhangs and high quality quality together with electrically adjustable glazing ensured an attractive extension. Services included the gaining of planning and building regulation permissions, seeking of tender quotations, contract administration and oversite through to completion.
