Manor Way SE3 - New Flats

A substantial development of 11 new flats including 2 penthouse duplex apartments over underground basement car parking.

Planning permission gained at the first time of asking on a potentially contentious plot alongside a listed building in a Conservation Area setting. The new building is of steel framed construction over contiguous puled basement, designed to provide terraced outdoor space to all flats, with a central lift and double height entrance hall.  Work included the full design, gaining of planning consent and the preparation of detailed construction drawings.
